If you're in the market for a new luxury car in the Plano, TX area, then we've got great news about an addition to our impressive lineup here at Porsche of Plano: soon, the automaker's iconic 911 will be available in both a Turbo and a Turbo S variant.
Both of these models will feature an all-wheel drivetrain and the following new acceleration features:
- Active rear steering
- Adaptive aerodynamics
- Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC)
These may seem like small additions, but they pack a powerful punch when incorporated onto the already agile 911. For example, drivers of the 911 Turbo S will experience a breathtaking 560 horsepower that will take the car from zero-to-sixty in less than 3.0 seconds. The 520 horsepower packs a slightly less powerful punch, going from zero-to-sixty in 3.2 seconds, but you'd have to have super powers to detect the difference.
We're especially excited about these new models because in the past, Porsche is rather conservative with its performance estimates, tending to announce figures that are more middle-of-the-road than a vehicle's true peak performance. With this in mind, both the Turbo and Turbo S models are sure to knock your socks off.
